Tibor is relatively new to CWS Fire Safety. Since February he has been working as a service technician for technical fire safety 🔧🔥 in our Frankfurt branch in Eppstein and enriches the team with his expertise and commitment to the safety of our customers 🛡️.
His activities include the maintenance and inspection of fire protection systems 🧯. He is currently busy installing new systems for a large project in Frankfurt 🏢. Tibor says that his working days 📅 vary greatly. Sometimes he starts the day in the branch, but often he drives directly to the customer 🚗, especially if it is a project lasting several days. This flexibility saves him long journeys and makes his work much more efficient ⚙️.
Tibor is particularly happy with the working environment at CWS Fire Safety. He already felt comfortable and valued during the interview 🤝.
Another big advantage for him is the service car 🚗, which he can use to drive directly from home to customers 🏡➡️ 🏢. This not only saves time ⏰, but also the costs and stress that would be associated with using his own car - a problem he often had in his previous job.
The induction at CWS Fire Safety was structured and supportive, he says. At the beginning, he was always on tour with various colleagues, who were always there to help him 👫. This support and the friendly atmosphere in the team made it easier for him to get started 👏. Tibor particularly appreciates the positive working atmosphere 😊 and the mutual willingness to help in the company 🤝. He emphasizes that he has rarely experienced a workplace where colleagues and managers are so willing to help.
