Jeannine is relatively new at CWS Fire Safety. She joined the central ERP team as a Junior Project Manager in December 2023. She serves as the contact person for the new ERP system “FeuERPower” for our office staff at the branches and her days are filled with contract and project management. 💼🔥 

 

What does Jeannine particularly like about CWS? 

She is impressed by the collegial atmosphere and the openness in the team. Flat hierarchies and everyone's motivation to make a difference make her work particularly fulfilling. And the best thing? The opportunity to work flexibly from home is a big plus for Jeannine, even if it's not always possible for her. 🏡💬 

Does Jeannine still remember her first time at CWS? She nods and reports a warm welcome and immediate integration into the team. She was soon allowed to take on independent tasks and was fully supported by her colleagues. 🤝👩‍💼 

 

 
How did Jeannine's onboarding process go? She says with a smile that a colleague guided her through the process right from the start. Her first few weeks involved traveling together to various branches to meet colleagues and learn about the tasks. 🚗💻 The atmosphere was always positive and supportive, which quickly made her feel part of the team. 🚀👥 

 

 
Have there been any highlights for Jeannine? She says the monthly info breakfast, where all areas of Fire Safety come together and exchange ideas, is a great way to strengthen team ties and keep everyone up to date. 🥐📊The first team and FeuERPower training sessions were also a valuable experience.
