Fire doors made of wood are characterized by pleasant appearance, durability, and robustness. Fire and smoke are held back for 30, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on the version chosen. This keeps escape and rescue routes usable even in an emergency. In addition, they can meet the requirements of fire-rated walls.

• special versions with smoke protection, thermal insulation, sound insulation, and burglary protection (optionally translucent with fire protection glazing)

In addition, wood fire doors must undergo a safety inspection and maintenance by a qualified person every 12 months.
