Looking back on a successful year
On 4 September 2025, CWS Fire Safety will celebrate its 7th birthday. This is a good moment to look back on the positive developments of the past year – marked by growth, awards and a strong team spirit.
Organic growth with new locations
With new branches in Mannheim and Flensburg, we are moving even closer to our customers. Shorter distances mean faster response times, personal support and more on-site service. Further organic start-ups are in the pipeline, which means we will have an even more comprehensive presence in the future.
Partner Honeywell honours CWS Fire Safety
Receiving the Honeywell Europe Growth Award was a particular highlight. We were one of only three companies to be honoured for our exceptional growth in the field of security technology. We have a close partnership with Honeywell to protect our customers with innovative security technology.
Diesel/electric pumps & emergency power systems
There can be no compromises when it comes to safety. That is why we have expanded our range of services and now also offer maintenance and repair of diesel pump units, electric pumps and emergency power systems. This enables us to offer a wide range of services, from routine maintenance and fault analysis to extensive repairs.
Strengthening professional exchange
We have further strengthened our internal knowledge through specialist groups and competence centres for specific product areas, as well as through cross-branch networking in sales. In this way, we are strengthening our expertise, driving innovation and creating an even stronger basis for practical solutions.
Further rollout of our own ERP system
We developed our own ERP system as part of the FeuERPower project. More and more branches are being connected to the system. This ensures transparent processes, reliable information and more efficient project management.
Management development programme
The launch of our new management development programme was an important milestone. The aim is to strengthen our leaders in their roles, provide them with new impetus and prepare them for the future. The focus is on agility, resilience and professional competence.
Growth in the team and company
In 2024, CWS Fire Safety generated sales of €114 million – and we are steadily approaching our target of €128 million for 2025. Our management team has also grown:
- Kamal Nand Kumar joined our team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in March 2025, initially on an interim basis and then permanently in August.
- Julia Probst has also been part of the leadership team as Chief People Officer (CPO) since August 2025.
- In addition, regional managers Jörg Schiebel, Christian Bock and Marc Windhorst have joined the team – the latter also took on the role of Director of Operations.
Continuing to grow together
The past year has shown that CWS Fire Safety is growing – not only in terms of numbers, but in many areas. New locations, expanded services, excellent partnerships and motivated teams form the basis of our strength. We are proud of our team of around 900 employees – because without the commitment of each and every one of them, we would not be where we are today.
We look forward to the coming year with joy and energy and are excited about the tasks ahead – always with the goal of protecting people and property.
